Best stopping power out of oem calipers?
Okay i been doing research for brakes and well its harder than i tought so i need some new brake pad the reason for this it is because i have rims on the vehicle and as we all know bigger rims equals longer stopping distance i am runnin oem dodge brakes and well my friend has been running some ebc yellow stuff and i mean those babies stop alot faster than mine both have the same car and same diameter rims and well his stops alot faster i was wondering if that is a good choice or how else can i get a better stopping distance.

bigger rims = longer stopping distance because of a heavier wheel dude trust me i’ve done the test stock calipers only give a certain amount of force.
go with a better pad on the front of it ,i went over to ceramic pads and get less brake dust and a lot better stopping power from mine,i own two of those cars and both now have ceramic pads on them an both stop a lot better than they use to,they also make a mid grade pad that has a real good stopping power for those cars that isn’t a ceramic pad and doesn’t cost as much but still has real good stopping power,good luck.
